Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before confirming your booking.
By proceeding with the booking, you agree to abide by the rules and policies mentioned below.
All payments must be made in cash, demand draft, or bank transfer.
25% payment is the booking amount, 25% payment within a month of booking, 25% one month before the function, and the remaining 25% two days before the function starts.
Service of snacks will start only after the estimated payment is made.
No refund or adjustment against cancellation in any circumstance.
GST as applicable.
Alcohol is allowed in the hall with a valid license (P-10) and only with Delhi billing.
Banned items such as hookah, etc., shall not be served or permitted in the banquet by either the caterer or the host.
Food is for consumption within the banquet only. No packing of food is allowed under any circumstances. Services are not allowed outside the party hall.
Food will not be served after 12:00 midnight for dinner parties and after 3:00 PM for lunch parties.
AC service is available up to 12:00 midnight for dinner parties.
Drum beating inside the hall is not permitted.
Guests are responsible for their personal belongings and valuables in all circumstances.
Any breakage or damage caused to the property of the caterer or service staff shall be borne by the host.
No discount shall be allowed in case of breakdown of electricity, generator, AC, kitchen equipment, etc.
No cabaret or orchestra is allowed on the stage during parties.
The banquet hall must be vacated strictly as per the session timing:
Breakfast/Brunch – 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM,
Lunch – 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM,
Snacks – 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM,
Dinner – 7:00 PM to 11:00 PM.
Payment for the minimum guaranteed number of guests booked by the customer will be charged even if the actual number of guests is less. Separate charges will apply for guests exceeding the minimum guarantee.
Menu items must be finalized one week before the function.
Outside DJ, florist, or theme work is not allowed.
No music is allowed after 11:00 PM for dinner parties.
Car parking is at the owner’s risk. The management bears no responsibility for vehicles or valuables inside them. Valet service is available on request only.
Right of admission is reserved by the banquet management.
In case of any dispute or difference arising out of these Terms & Conditions, the matter shall be referred to an arbitrator appointed by the banquet management, and the decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.
The customer is bound to pay the fixed amount if any damage or loss occurs due to natural calamities / acts of God (such as rain, fire, heavy winds, earthquake, virus outbreak, etc.).
Arms, ammunition, or any harmful objects are not allowed in the banquet premises.
